Founded in 2018, DG42 is a boutique Real Estate Development group pioneering innovative concepts through hospitality and residential design build. Whether working alongside the natural beauty of California’s landscape, or within an urban environment, we aim to create spaces that live as thoughtful extensions of their surroundings. We strive to bring our visions to life through utilizing principles of sustainable design, with minimal impact on the natural environment, coupled with elegance, and simplicity. The final product is born, to edify the experience of home owners and guests that reside in our dwellings.

ABOUT PUNEH
Puneh Sohrabpour is the Founder and Creative Force behind DG42. Puneh’s experience in residential and commercial Design Build and Lighting Design spans decades. Throughout her world travels, she draws vast inspiration from various cultural surroundings, and materials markets near and far. From the Philippines, France, Bali, Italy, and Mexico, to favorites in her own backyard in California, her obsession for design has always led the way, and created treasures of and for the spaces she’s worked to build.
In addition to the architecture, the brick and mortar, her involvement has gone in depth on many projects, down to final finishing details. What differentiates a home from a house. An oversized hanging basket made of puka shells from Cebu, turned into a grand chandelier for the entry of a San Francisco Pied-a-terre overlooking the Pacific. Vibrant antique textiles from the markets in the foothills of Hoi An, used to recover vintage British dining room chairs in a Bay Area residence. Recycled Murano glass embedded in kitchen countertops in a Silicon Valley home. Were some of pieces originated a far, that carried soul from their origins to their final homes. The world as her muse, is present and interpreted through her projects.
